Thank you for choosing Art by Abish. We take immense pride in the quality of our canvas prints and mixed media originals. Because many of our items are printed and framed to order, please review our shipping procedures below.
1. Shipping Rates

Calculated Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Promotional Shipping: From time to time, we offer Free Shipping promotions. If active, this will be automatically applied at checkout or via a discount code.
2. Processing & Handling Time

Standard Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process, print, and quality-check your artwork before it is handed over to the carrier.

Custom Commissions: Since custom pieces require personalized creation and approval, handling times vary. Generally, custom pieces ship within 7–14 business days after final approval of the render/mockup.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.
3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

International: 10–21 business days (depending on the destination country and customs processing).
Please note: These are estimates. Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your art is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We package our art with extreme care (using reinforced tubes for unframed prints and heavy-duty corner protection for framed pieces). However, if your art arrives damaged:

Report within 48 Hours: You must email photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork to info@artbyabish.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Our Guarantee: Once the damage is verified, we will prioritize and send a free replacement of the exact same piece at no additional cost to you.
6. International Shipping (Customs & Duties)
Art by Abish ships worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once the package reaches your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Art by Abish is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
